ارزیابی تحمل بیوتیپ های بکرایی وآف تایپ نارنج نسبت به نماتد مرکبات

Citrus nematode (Tylenchulus semipenetrans) is one of the most important citrus parasitic nematodes that widely spread in the world citrus orchards and causes slow decline and yield decreaseof trees. A two-year study was conducted to evaluate the tolerance of some citrus rootstocks including Citromelo, Poncirus, Sour Orange,Bakraee, Rough lemon and Off-type to citrus nematode in the greenhouse condition. The three month seedlings of this rootstocks were planted in pots with the population of 40 larvae per cubic centimeter of soil.The test was conducted in a completely randomized design with five replications. The seedlings root were valuated after six monthsfor nematode infection. Based on the results of the statistical analysis,Citromelo and Poncirus rootstocksshowed the lowest adult female nematode populationin the roots and have a significant difference with the other treatments.Key words:Citromelo,Tylenchulus semipenetrans, Poncirus, Rough lemon, Sour Orange
