چکیده مقاله:

Legal Technology or Legal Tech is disrupting the traditional operations and selfunderstanding of the legal profession and A Smart Contract is not a written contract on paper of the traditional kind, nor is it simply an online contract. It is described as smart because it can do more than both of these paradigms can. This Article introduces the central claim that these developments are having and will continue to have a disruptive effect on the work of lawyers and that adapting to this new operating environment is crucial for legal professionals remaining relevant in an increasingly technology-driven world. The Article outlines some of the main features of this on-going transformation process, describes some of the pressures it is creating for lawyers And how can we create an easy-to-use system in which autonomous and connected devices can build reputation and trust, and ensure that the collected data will only be shared with other trusted devices. Such an approach addresses privacy and data protection concerns, but also makes a product more attractive in today’s marketplace.
