Biosynthesis, Purification and Characterization of Silver Nanoparticles Using Cassia Fistula plant extract

Recently there is a growing need to develop green and safe processes of nanoparticles synthesis that do not use hazardous materials. In this study we have investigate a biological approach for synthesis of stable silver nanoparticles by aqueous extract of Cassia Fistula plant fruit. The synthesized silver nanoparticles were characterized with UV-Visible spectroscopy, Energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDX) and Experimental results show that the Scanning electron microscopy (SEM). prepared silver nanoparticles have spherical morphology and narrow size distributionwith average par+cle size of 53 nm.
