چکیده مقاله:
Given that a large part of the costs of manufacturing and installing of parts in an organization is related to purchase costs, the challenge of supplier selection and order allocation is need for an efficient and effective supply chain. Suppliers play an important role in the proper operation of a supply chain and if choose poorly, they will disrupt the financial and technical position of the organization. Considering the fact that the choice of supplier is a multi-objective problem with multiple criteria and simultaneously involves quantitative and qualitative criteria, in this study, the combination of multi-criteria decision-making methods, Quality Function Deployment and multi-objective mathematical model are used to select the best options and order allocation at electronic industry. The proposed mathematical model is a three-objective model with several constraints that is solved with precise method. In the first phase of this study, Fuzzy ANP-QFD-WASPAS technique is used for the first time to determine the supplier s weight
