چکیده مقاله:
there has been an increasing focus by the RIPI on organization capacity for knowledge transferring , for creating an environment of innovation and for the commercialization of technological achievement . The aim of this article is to develop a solid methodology for the identification, modeling , adaptation & transfer of the software development in RIPI. the argument is that the knowledge transfer of a software development requires that both parties to a knowledge transfer develop an understanding of where the desired knowledge resides within the source and that they are both responsible in the accessibility of the knowledge. in this article , nine criteria affecting knoledge transfer have been introduced across four contextual domains , namely knowledge context, relational context, recipient context and activity context. the knowledge context includes the transferred knowledge embeddedness and articulability . the criteria that define the relational context of the transfer are organizational distance, physical distabce , knowledge distance , and norm distance. there are also criteria which are related to the receiving agent about how to learn new knowledge and to the extent of effort put forward to undertake transfer activities that can affect transfer success. the criteria are important to knowledge transfer are the priority and the learning culture . lastly in the activity context the transfer activities are important . it is assumed that the transfer of knowledge influences some of these knowledge transfer characteristics of the actors of both parties.
