This article describes how to evaluate staff performance. Performance appraisal criteria, the relationship between performance appraisal with business appraisal and salaries and benefits, various performance appraisal techniques, goals, location and time of performance appraisal, personality characteristics of appraiser, and other performance appraisal details are included in this article.Aims: The overall goal is to determine the factors affecting staff performance in the departments .Methodology: The present study, which is the result of field research, is a descriptive-analytical study and is in the field of field research - survey research method. The unit of analysis is the individual and the statistical population consists of all employees of Qorveh city banks
