Examine the Relationship between Organizational Happiness and Organizational Spirituality with Organizational Commitment in Administrators and Teachers

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between happiness and organizationalspirituality and organizational commitment in male teachers. This research method is correlation. Thestudy population included all male teachers and administrators of Bandar Khamir city in 2014. The studysample 105 subjects who were selected by random sampling method. Research Tools is Organizationalhappiness questionnaire, Spirituality in Work questionnaire and Allen and Meyer s OrganizationalCommitment Questionnaire. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationshipbetween happiness and organizational commitment.
