چکیده مقاله:
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between employee empowermentwith quality of work life and job satisfaction. The study population included all employeesof the General Department of Education of Hormozgan province in 2014-15 years thatwere studied by census method. The data collection tool in this study was job satisfactionInventory (JDI), Walton quality of work life and Spritzer’s empowerment. Hypotheses wereanalyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and regression tests. Results of this studyshowed that the quality of working life is not able to explain the variance in employeeempowerment but job satisfaction significantly explains 47.1 percent of the variance ofemployee empowerment. In general, the results showed that those cases related to theorganization play a role in the employee empowerment.
