Note: Nano Systems are composed of various organic or inorganic materials whose capabilities and characteristics, such as their size, range from 1 to 100 nanometers. Nano particles are the main components of Nano Systems and (nano and micro-electro -mechanical MEMS)systems .
To understand nano and micro-electro -mechanicalsystems (MEMS), the first broad description of nanotechnology refers to the specific goal of the technology of precisely manipulating atoms and molecules to make products on a large scale, also known as a nanosystem .

Nano- and micro- electromechanical systems (MEMS ) are part of the Nanosystem and operate at the molecular scale. This work encompasses both current work and more advanced concepts. In its original meaning, nanotechnology refers to the anticipated ability to build items from the bottom up, using techniques and tools that are produced to make complete, high-performance products. Nano-System introduced the idea of "assembly" at the nanoscale that can make copies of itself. Among other things, the arbitrary complexity of (Nano- and micro- electromechanical MEMS ) systems with atomic control is very widespread and applicable in Nano-Systems. Nanocomputers and nano-assemblers are also a subgroup of Nano-Systems. Nanoparticles are the main components of all Nano-Systems. In understanding (Nano- and micro- electromechanical MEMS ) systems, it can be said: To produce nano-particles with the help of nanotechnology, changes can be made in atoms by controlling their properties. When materials are studied at the nanoscale, the reactions and behavior of atoms are completely different compared to when they are studied at the molecular level, because in this realm the physical properties of the materials change. It is just like dropping a ball into a container and taking another ball out of that container. The difference in the nano realm is so great that even the color, melting point, chemical properties, etc. of the materials outside this range are completely different.
Conclusion:
Nano Systems are composed of various organic or inorganic materials whose capabilities and characteristics, such as their size, range from 1 to 100 nanometers. Nano particles are the main components of Nano Systems and (nano and micro-electro -mechanical MEMS)systems .
