Background and Aim : Sexual health and fertility are essential and important factors in marital sustainability. Since 1994, the role and status of men have been considered as one of the most prominent factors. The purpose of this study is to review of the men s promotion interventions in women s sexual and reproductive healthMethods : In this research, probing was carried out in 2019 in the SID, Pubmed, Magiran, Irandoc, Science Direct, Scopus, and Google scholar with related keywords consist of Participation, men, health, sex, fertility. After detecting the related studies from 2005 to 2019 and screening titles, abstract, and full text in 76 studies; 19 studies have been utilized to write this abstractResults : The findings of this study were consisted of five areas. The first area of intervention was men s participation and family planning, which was included interventions of couple-centered education. The second area was the participation of men in pregnancy period. In this domain, the interventions like instruction, increasing of awareness, and promoting the male engaging in childbirth preparation classes for male empowerment and participation have been conducted. Men s participation in postpartum care and lactation includes three different domains like Promoting men s participation in lactation classes and their physical involvement are the interventions in this area. The fourth domain is assigned to preventing women from having sexually transmitted diseases and their interventions that relates to the instruction of the couples about the sexual disease, their symptoms, and the ways of transmission. The fifth area is associated with the women s diseases such as cancer, which include interventions like couple-centered and attachment-based psychological interventionsConclusion : According to the investigation interventions and men s participation in women s sexual and reproductive health will play a key role in promoting men s performance, women s health and satisfaction and quality of life of the couples
