چکیده مقاله:
Oils, along with proteins and carbohydrates, are key components of the human diet. In addition to providing energy, the oil provides a good base for the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins and provide essential fatty acids that the body cannot produce. Vegetable fats and oil seeds are supplied by factories, lubricated, refined, supplied and packaged to suit the product type after removal of impurities during various industrial processes. This paper first deals with various factors affecting the process of oil production from oilseeds, including an overview of quality control of raw materials. In the following, industrial processes of oil production from oilseeds and its various methods, including mechanical method (oil extraction by press) and solvent-dependent method are studied in detail. The researchers also looked at the challenges and opportunities based on available facilities within the country and the optimal use of world class industrial technology for oil processing and production.
