Effective preparation of synthesis of pyrano[3,2-b]pyranone derivatives using weak basic ionic liquid under solvent-free conditions

The mild basic ionic liquid, pyrrolidinium acetate catalyzed three-component synthesis of pyrano[3,2-b]pyranone derivatives under solvent-free conditions. Simple procedure, high yields, short reaction time and environmentally benign method are advantages of this protocol. The inexpensive and non-toxic ionic liquids can be reused several times without noticeable loss of their activities. The mentioned ionic liquids show priority relative to other catalysts in the literature.
