Patients even with non-specificsymptoms should suspected phosphine poisoning, enlightening physicians to any more attention, taking in to account any medical history should actively look for the possible source of poisoningin other hand, even if there is no effective antidote. Clinical improvement of the poisoned patientscan be expected and paraclinical examination within the context can be carried out. Mean wisemaybe this shows the importance of VBG in patients with cardiogenic shock, so that in any patientswith cardiogenic shock and severe metabolic acidosis we should think about ALP poisoning. Conclusion : as the same in results.
