Case report of coronary aneurism occluded by cover coronary stent

Back ground Coronary aneurism in a patient is identified when the coronary arteries are bigger than 1.5 time normal coronary artery. most other patients are asymptomatic However, acute coronary syndrome (i.e.heart failures), myocadial infraction due to thrombosis or emboli from aneurism may occure.Case summary The patient was a 60-year old who was admitted with lateral MI .patient had history of inferior MI one y86year ago. Angiography showed the chronic total occlusion of RCA, and a large spheried aneurism of OM1was occluded by a cover stent 2.5-21 bentley.Disccusion : incidanceof coronary aneurism estimated to be 0/5 to 5 percent in the angiography performed on the patient . Atheosclerosis is the most common case of coronary aneurism. Other cases of coroary aneurism include the Kawasaki disease, SLEand Bechcer. Coronary aneurism may be accompanied by thrombosis.and Dissection.coronary perforation can rarley occure. Conclusion Anticoagulants، antiplatlete ،surgical embolization or obstruction;Bypass graft with exclusion of coronary aneurysm are choice treatment. Because of our patient had embolization from coronary aneurysm which lead to latteral wall MI .we decided to occulded coronary aneurysm with cover stent and patient was discharged a day after procedure with good condition.
