چکیده مقاله:

Repair of the injured soft tissue includes three phases: inflammatory, proliferation and remodeling. Research show that some expedition of the repair is possible by use of medical or physical therapeutic agents. An immaculate studying of the histology of the human body reveals that a very sophisticated electrical system exists throughout the human body and plays as a connection role among the tissues. Use of human-made electrical systems to manipulate connective tissue repair in the body is called as electrogenesis . The size of the human body cells are between 10-60 microns and its intensity is around 100 miliVolts. They are much smaller than the smallest microprocessors made by the human. This electrical system of the body acts exactly similar to a generator machine. All soft tissues and the inter-cellular area work as capacitor and resistance, which means somewhere exists with more resistance (hence less currents) and vice versa. A very massive electricity field is produced from the electrical fields from the cells in each area. The electrical system of the body is a self-regulatory tool and nearly 60% of the cellular metabolism are spent to keep the system active and perfect. The current literature aims to review the current state of knowledge in this area.
