چکیده مقاله:

Mesenchymal stem cells derived from human adipose tissue are novel therapeutic technology and more topical than ever. Here we evaluated the effects of cells of adipose on wound healing in an in vivo diabetic rat model.Materials and methodsWe injected intradermal and sprayed MSCs in skin wounds in diabetic rat and evaluated wound healing parameters. In 7, 14 and 21 days, we compared the percent of wound closure, pathologic staining, biometric and mechanical analysis and the angiogenic potential between two groups.ResultsTwo groups significantly induced a faster healing and a higher number of blood vessels in the wound when compared to controls (Normal saline injection). Biometric and mechanical data and image J software analysis showed we have good treatment.ConclusionResults indicate that two groups exert similar beneficial effects on wound closure and neovascularization in our rat model. Using spray device as carrier for MSCs propagates rapid cell migration towards the wound area that allows a fast and clinically practicable method for stem cells application.
