Background and Aim : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of teachers intervention in preventative activities of high-risk behaviours in high school secondary school students in East Azarbaijan. Methods : For this purpose, 30 classes were selected and the 30 classes were randomly divided into 3 groups of 10 classes, that the first group did not take any intervention. The second group was only teachers who were trained and the third group, in addition to teacher training, also taught the students. These groups were evaluated in two stages (before and after intervention) based on the high risk behaviors questionnaire of Mohammad Khani (2007). After collecting data, Kruskal-Wallis test was used to analyze the questions. Results : . The results showed that the group that was interfered with both teachers and students compared to other groups in smoking and hookah smoking items, alcoholic beverages, psychotropic substances, aggressive behavior, suicide, house escape, relationship with the opposite Control group, have a better performance (aggressive behavior).Conclusion : this training package can be used to educate teachers, parents and students in preventing the occurrence of high-risk behaviors among adolescents.
