چکیده مقاله:

Background and Aim : Addiction is one of the problems of today s world and a kind of psychosocial disorder that has adverse physical, psychological and social consequences that seriously threatens individual and social life. To cope with this problem, the effective treatment approach and the lack of return to addiction are important.Methods : According to the literature, families as the first and perhaps most important factor in the socialization of each person play a significant role in preventing or leading their members toward addiction. Researches have shown that family flexibility, family disputes, the presence of parents at home, family support, and family relationships are influential on the process of addiction. The use of non-pharmacological methods and the identification of supporting sources along with drug therapy, in treatment and non-return, has been reviewed and approved by the researchers. However, the importance of family involvement in the onset of the treatment process and the successful completion without return is undeniable.Results : Using family-based problem solving training method can be effective as a non-pharmacological effective way to improve and addiction treatment. Family monitoring has an influence on the consumption of addictive materials. The attachment to the family and the importance of monitoring them in the Consequences of addiction is undeniable. Researchers are inclined to the ideas of family therapy and social psychology in weaning.Conclusion : Changes in the training of therapists in the field of addiction, the creation of training courses for developing their skills in order to intervene effectively in families with drug users, obtaining the true status of therapists and family-based therapeutic interventions are all subjects are Depending on the changes in the addiction science network in the country
