Background and Aim : The students’ academic achievements are noticed by the managers of schools. One of the major factors in the academic achievements is academic enthusiasm. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of cognitive - behavioral therapy on enthusiasm emotional, cognitive and behavioral well-being of students was Have addicted parents. Methods : The research was semi-experimental with pretest-posttest and control group. The study sample included all female students under the supervision of well-being in Ardebil in the year 1394 (2120 = N), respectively. In this study, using simple random sampling method, 40 students Have addicted parents in both experimental and control groups (for each subgroup of 20 patients) were selected as sample. To collect information from questionnaires academic enthusiasm Frederick et al (2005) and the Protocol on the students in the experimental group were administered cognitive-behavioral therapy. Multivariate analysis of variance for data analysis (MANOVA) was used.Results : Based on the results of MANOVA, cognitive-behavioral therapy in the post-test the emotional longing, the longing cognitive, and behavioral enthusiasm and passion for the school, had a significant effect. Size 67/0 is the effect of CBT on academic enthusiasm. According to post-test scores of experimental and control groups found, Cognitive-behavioral therapy enhances students educational aspirations of Have addicted parents in the experimental group compared with the control group in the posttest.Conclusion : According to the findings obtained can be said that the direct and indirect use of cognitive training - can treat the students to study and school willing and eager to help
