INVESTIGATING THE CAUSES OF EFFECTIVE USE OF STIMULANTS AND PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCES AMONG WOMEN

Background and Aim : Drug abuse and psychotropic substances are a major threat to women s health, which can lead to irreparable complications.The phenomenon of addiction among women is considered as a serious injury in the individual, family and social spheres. The severity of women s addiction in the family and community environment is higher than that of men.Methods : The purpose of this study was to identify the most important factors affecting the use of psychotropic substances among women.Phenomenology is a method of studying life experiences through interviews and descriptions, which is a qualitative approach.The clustering method was used to analyze the information and the strength of this study was based on two criteria of reliability and reliability.The research population was referred to methadone preservative treatment centers and intermediate drug addiction treatment centers.In the end, the number of participants reached 33 people aged 16-49.Results : The most common cause of substance abuse is the increase in mood and mood and the control of negative thoughts. The second most effective factor is the lifestyle that governs the family environment and follows the pattern of household consumption. Further factors are the unbelievable lack of addiction to stimulants and psychotropic substances, the ease of use, and the belief that the glass is easy to go to opium.Conclusion : Based on the findings of this study and considering the adverse effects of methamphetamine on the individual and society, controlling the effective factors of individual, family and environment in the primary prevention of addiction tendency is necessary and requires the training of planned programs through mass media and in All levels of education in the community. By identifying and studying the causes of women s tendency to addiction, programs for controlling and preventing women from drug trafficking and faster treatment of patients can be directed.
