Background and Aim : The aim of this study was to investigate drug use and associated risk behaviors (sexual risk behavior, intravenous drug use) coverage of safe sex addicted women are drop-in centers Mashhad University.Methods : This review is a retrospective field study. The target community is addicted women over the age of 18. The statistical population is the women who go to drop-in centers and outreach teams . The sample size is 1014 people. The sampling method is based on the total number of clients who come to the drop-in centers and outreach teams . Sample selection criteria include being female, substance abuse, recipient of harm reduction services from university centers. The variables studied include the type of substance used, high risk behaviors condom cover, concurrent use Stimulus and opiate substance, age. In this study, the information recorded in the case (based on interviews with the samples) has been used Results : Women are 19.2% of clients Mashhad University drop-in centers . 13.9% of them are 18 to 29 years old, 64.01% are 49-30 years old and 22.09% are more than 50 years old. Substance abuse in 72.11% of cases is opioid and stimulant, 22.81% opioid and 5.08% stimulant. 19% have high risk sexual partners. The number of condoms distributed per year per injectable consumer was 32 (26.6% of the expected), per sex workers 65 (54.16% of the expected), and per stimulant consumer 52 (43.3%) The number of syringes distributed per year for each injectable drug user was 21 (10.5% of the expected). Conclusion : It has been proven that two safe sex and safety injuries programs are effective in preventing and reducing the illnesses such as AIDS and hepatitis in the community, so strengthening the two programs in the drop-in centers is essential.
