THE EFFECTIVENESS OF TEACHING COMMUNICATION SKILLS ON HAPPINESS INCREASEMENT AND MARITAL SATISFACTION IN DRUG ADDICTS’ WIVES UNDER TREATMENT IN CIRCUIT THERAPY COMMUNITY CENTER.

Background and Aim : The research method used in this study was semi experimental on the basis of pretest-posttest model with control group. Statistical population was composed of all the addicts’ wives present in circuit therapy community center of Shabestar (TC) based on simple random sampling method according which 20 people were chosen as experimental group and 20 people as control groupMethods : . The research method used in this study was semi experimental on the basis of pretest-posttest model with control group. Statistical population was composed of all the addicts’ wives present in circuit therapy community center of Shabestar (TC) based on simple random sampling method according which 20 people were chosen as experimental group and 20 people as control group.They answered the questionnaires on resiliency and marital satisfaction in pretest.Teaching method of communication skills was implemented interventional study on experimental group. Later a posttest was done for both groups. Statistical analysis used in the study was the covariance analysis test Results : The result of data analysis demonstrated that teaching communication skills causes resiliency increasement and marital satisfaction in experimental group’s wives that is significant with more than 95 percent confidence level.Conclusion : The result of data analysis demonstrated that teaching communication skills causes resiliency increasement and marital satisfaction in experimental group’s wives that is significant with more than 95 percent confidence level.
