چکیده مقاله:

Lignocellulose is consist of carbohydrates such as cellulose, hemicellulose, pectin, salts ash and minerals.Cellulose, the main component of lignocellulose biomass, consist of a linear chain D-glucose bonded byβ-(1,4)-glycosidic linkage to each other. The cellulose chains are linked together by hydrogen bonds tomake cellulose microfibrils. cellulose microfibrils are ssociated by number of intra hydrogen bonds.Consequently, cellulose can not solvate in most of the organic solvents and water. the purpose of thesetechniques not only is to transfer hemicellulose and lignin but also to decrease cellulose crystallizationThe objective of these pretreatment including milling and grinding, radiation, freezing, and chipping is tolesson size of biomass and raise the surface area.
