چکیده
Introduction:The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of training strategies for coping with stress on self-empowerment of employees of Social Security Organization of Bushehr.Method:The research method was semi-experimental design with pretest-posttest design with control group. The study population was comprised of all employees of the Social Security Organization of Bushehr, who were employed by the social security organization of the city in 1395, including 40 employees working in the cluster sampling method in two groups of 20 people. Placed control. The experimental group was trained in stress coping skills during 10 sessions of 45 minutes. After applying the independent variable, the post-test was performed in both groups. To measure the main variables, Fellner, Lice and Phillips self-malformation questionnaires were used.Results:The results of one-way covariance analysis showed that self-empowerment score decreased by 7.25 in the post-test.Conclusion:According to thefindings of the research, teaching stress coping strategies will increase self-empowerment and staffingکلیدواژه ها
