چکیده مقاله:

This address is very special amongst the cases I have dealt with so fare. It captures the essence of what I have learned about parts therapy over many years. I would like to share that with you, the audience. The concepts of parts, or aspects of the personality is not a new issue. Famous psychotherapists such as Freud, Charcot, Ferdern, Janet, Hilgard, Watkins and many others have studied this phenomenon, which already originated in biblical times. These theorists conceptualized the ego not as a monolithic entity, but rather as a conglomerate or federation of internal parts within an individual. We once conceptualized these parts as adversaries that needed exorcism. However, we eventually discovered that they are, in fact, diamonds in disguise need to be handled with care.Nowadays, we know that parts of the personality, also known as ego states, are very valuable building blocks of our personality. They are creations of our autonomic nervous system as a reaction to certain life events, both positive and negative. In this presentation, I will share with you my most interesting cases of hypnotic ego state psychotherapy over a period of 25 years. I will explain how to effectively deal with ego states in a manner that will bring the lives of our traumatized clients into flow and how to let them flourish again.
