چکیده مقاله:
In contrast to many relaxation techniques and meditation strategies, self-hypnosis is not only geared toward a sense of well-being and self-reliance, but implies a desire for personal development and change. Essential for this is the experience of resourceful inner states. These are by nature individual, so that in order to successfully practice self-hypnosis, it requires tailor-made induction and intervention methods.Embedded in a psychotherapeutic process, specific techniques are worked out that can be easily performed at home, e.g. for coping with psychosomatic symptoms or for developing the self. The concept of self-compassion elaborated by Kristin Neff can well be combined with self-hypnosis. In this approach the elements of mindfulness, humanity and self-kindness are used to connect Buddhist knowledge with Western psychotherapy. In this workshop, the experience and practice of concrete strategies will be in the foreground.
