The Application of Hypnosis in the Development ofMedical Workers Psychological Capital

In this study, the author aims toinvestigate the present situation of medical workers psychological capital and discuss the application of hypnosis in the development of psychological capital. In this study, 208 medical workers were surveyed using the psychological capital scale and hypnosis was applied to the development of psychological capital. The followings are the results revealed in the study.Firstly, the total score of psychological capital of medical workers was 105.47±12.76, and the score of optimism was the lowest. Secondly, at the levels of self-efficacy, hope and resilience, there were statistical differences among different marital status (P<0.05).Thirdly, hypnosis is applied to form an optimistic interpretation style to enhance the level of psychological capital.In conclusion,we should pay attention to the present situation of medical workers psychological capital.Applying hypnosis to the development of psychological capital, especially optimism, is helpful to improve the level of medical workers psychological capital.
