In this case report, after the self-disintegrationcaused by trauma, the client presented a manifestation of splitting herself. In clinical the self-disintegrationcaused by trauma is always mistakenly diagnosed with schizophrenia .In addition to lead to the improper treatment of the case, the misdiagnosis also brought her many problems.This report focuses on the implementation and effectiveness of psychotherapy interventions for these patients.The female client, aged 11 years old, had clinical manifestations mainly of psychotic symptoms, such as auditory hallucinations, visual hallucinations, relationship delusions, delusions, etc. The emotional instability, irritability, and irritability obviously affected social function and daily life abilities.Her mood was unstable and irritable, which obviously affected her social functions and daily life.These symptoms occurred after trauma, so the diagnosis was not schizophrenia but dissociation disorder. After 10 the ego-state therapy interventions were performed, the self-disintegration was well integrated. All her symptoms disappeared, her emotions were stable, her behaviors were corrected, and her social functions and daily life abilities were restored.
