In all cultures, there have been myths and fairy tales since time immemorial in which people s experiences have been condensed and passed on over the centuries.„Myths are clues to the spiritual potentialities of the human life. J. CampbellFairy tales reach our unconscious-mental life via symbols and metaphors in an indirect-direct way and embed individual life problems in collective-existential existence. Fairy tales and stories lead us trance-like, as in the world of dream, to deeper levels of our person and can help patients in psychotherapy to find solutions and healing; they can give courage and hope and help to overcome the feeling of loneliness and loneliness in their own problems. The workshop will take up narrative traditions and show how fairy tales can be used for certain disorders we encounter in psychotherapy.Participants are encouraged to share their own experiences, to remember fairy tales that are important to them, to consider their significance for their own mental state and to draw conclusions for their therapeutic work.
