In the next step, Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria were isolated by using the culture dependent methods and their genus and species were determined by biochemical tests. Moreover, in cases that it was not possible to accurately determine the genus and species, sequencing the 16S rRNA gene and comparing the acquired sequences with the submitted sequences in the GenBank was performed.Results: In this study, bacteria Aeromunas Caviae, Serratia Marcescens, Aeromonas Hydrophila, Delfshia Lacostic, Escherchia Coli, Paracoccus, Asaia, Planomicrobium, Bacterium were identified in the middle
