Background: The prevalence of pediculosis is low in Iranian children and adolescents, but this infestation is still a health problem in all the cities of the Northern Province with warm climate and low to middle socioeconomic status. Head lice infestations are the cause of much embarrassment and misunderstanding, many unnecessary days cost from school and work, and huge costs spent on remedies.Objectives: This study aimed to determine Relationship between Climatic Factors Temperature and Prevalence of pediclosis infestationsMaterials and Methods: This study is an applied research in correlational design in which library techniques were employed. Data collection was conducted on the paraclimate, temperature during the period 2011-2018 from the weather station of sarein and related information of the patients from the health center during this period. Statistical analysis was done using Excel and SPSS software.Results: The highest prevalence of the disease has occurred in the months of June and October High prevalence of lice infestation in October Lack of screening and treatment of pediculosis was in August. Climatic parameters, temperature showed a direct relationship with the pediculosis infestations.Conclusion: Sarein city tourist due to a moderate and dry climate and has provided the foundation for the pediculosis infestations in the area. Actually, climatic parameters such as precipitation, relative temperature engage in the prevalence of pediculosis infestations
