چکیده مقاله:

Polymeric three-component composites have received more attention because of their unique properties. In this research, a dielectric composite sodium potassium niobate (KNN), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and silicon carbide (SiC) was produced by hot compression molding and its dielectric properties were studied. KNN was produced through the solid-state reaction between its precursors. All there components were mixed in different weight ratios and used for preparing hot compression molded disc samples. The crystal structure of KNN was determined through XRD patterns. The prepared composites were morphologically investigated using SEM images. The samples densities were also measured to ensure the efficiency of the preparation method. The dielectric properties of the composites were measured using an LCR meter. The results showed that hot compression molding was an effective method for producing high density samples in the range of (94/2) to (99/8) of the theoretical density. The dielectric measurements showed that increasing the amount of KNN and SiC has improved the dielectric constant of the composite while increasing its dielectric loss.
