Troubleshooting Methods, Oil Analysis and Power Transformer Tests for Repair and Maintenance Purposes

Because of the contents of the transformer tank being closed and concealed, signs and symptoms should be used to understand the internal defects of the transformer, including gases formed inside the transformer oil.
