Complicated Esophageal Caustic Injury

Patient is 3 year-old girl known case of Esophageal caustic injury Pt was Underwent Endoscopic dilatation Because of Stricture 24 hour after dilatation patient had Respiratory distress and pleural Effusion at chest X ray. We placed chest tube and ordered broad spectrum Antibiotic, but patient had mild distress and O2 sat 92% without mask ventilation. Patient underwent esophagostomy and gastrostomy one month later patient underwent Esophagectony and gastric tube Esophagoplasty.
