چکیده مقاله:
Background: MicroRNAs have recently emerged as power-ful post-transcriptional regulators of diverse cellular processes with especially important roles in disease and tissue remod-eling, with about ~21 nucleotides in length. MiRNAs are di-vided into two major groups, OncomiR and Tumor Suppressor that they control many cellular processes in cancers. In addi-tion, miRNAs have roles in extracellular transportation. This concept makes them an important potential therapeutic option. In this study, we identify the differentially expressed miRNA (DE-miRNA) in the Rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) and create a network for them.Materials and Methods: At first, we used GSE69524 dataset (GPL20275 platform), which information is freely available in the NCBI database. The lists were further filtered to remove the miRNAs with a P value ≤ 0.001. After that, submit miR-NAs 0f Rhabdomyosarcoma in the mirawalk site and the target genes of these miRNAs were predicted. In order to identify the DE-miRNA, we must compare the predicted target genes and differentially expressed genes (DEGs) of Rhabdomyosarcoma together, to obtain the DE-miRNA.At the end, the resultant net-work was visualized and analyzed in Gephi v 0.9.2 software. Results: We conclusion from obtaining information that there are 18 DE-miRNA in Rhabdomyosarcoma, which 8 of them have been upregulated and 10 of them have been downregu-lated.Conclusion: Four of these DE-miRNA have not yet been inves-tigated. This information can help us to find new therapies and drugs against Rhabdomyosarcoma cancer.
