Investigating the Role of Internet of things Technology in Improving Care Services: a systematic review

چکیده مقاله:

Introduction: The Internet of things as an integrated cyber-physical system integrates all sorts of sensors, devices and information systems, thus linking all individuals, and objects with perfectly arbitrary interactions. It does. The purpose of this article is to promote the Internet of Things technology for the better and faster treatment of patients under special care.Methods : This research is a systematic review article, used to search for advanced searches invalid databases such as PubMed, SID, google scholar, Science Direct, Magiran, and Springer. Keyword Internet of Things and IOT , 76 articles were first found in the years 2008 to 2018. Then, by applying the filter, 43 articles were found, and we found 17 stages in a step-by-step review based on its subject matter.Risults : The number of objects and devices connected to the Internet is growing rapidly, and by 2020, eighty percent of the objects and devices on the planet will be connected to the Internet. The most important priority in Iran for the use of Internet of things technology was the use of chronic disease management, surveillance of patients under special care, infection control and fall detection.Conclusions : Internet-based objects can ease patient service by increasing intelligence in hospitals and hospitals. Also, the Internet provides objects for improving health and disease prevention by continuous monitoring of the activity of normal or susceptible individuals. Hospitals can use of Internet of things to control the temperature and humidity in the operating rooms. For example, the UroSense machine automatically measures your urine and body temperature (CBT), and by measuring these vital signs, medical professionals can get faster heart failure, kidney damage, infectious diseases, prostate tumors, Diabetes and burn. Therefore, it is advisable for the government and relevant institutions to support the use of the Internet of things in the field of patient monitoring and infection control in the intensive care unit, since it has the greatest benefits of sustainability.
