Resonant Characteristics of Bowtie Nano-Antenna Considering Different Plasmonic Materials

The optical characteristics of the plasmonic bowtie nano- antennas are numerically investigated in this paper. The resonant properties of the nano-antenna confirm a direct correspondence with the variation in the physical properties of the structure. The influence of the nano-antenna’s plasmonic material is studied analyzing the electric near field profile of the antenna applying FDTD simulation method.
