چکیده مقاله:

This procedure that combines a conventional surgical part (including a skin incision) with an interventional part, using some sort of catheter based procedure. Guided by fluoroscopy (or other, e.g. CT or MRI) imaging in a hybrid OR without interruption. Hybrid operation rooms are currently used mainly in cardiac, vascular and neurosurgery. The repair of heart valve disease and rhythm disturbances and aortic aneurysm (ascending, arch, descending, abdominal and branches) can benefit from hybrid OR. Imaging techniques include: fluoroscopy is performed with continuous X-ray. Rotational angiography is a technique to acquire CT like 3D images intra-operatively with a fixed C-Arm. Digital subtraction angiography (DSA) is a two dimensional imaging technique for the visualization of blood vessels. 2D / 3D registration: modern angiographic systems are not just used for imaging but support by 3D information acquired either preoperatively or intra-operatively. Functional imaging in the OR: can visualize parenchymal blood volume in the OR to do that rotational angiography (3D-DSA) is combined with a modified injection protocol and special reconstruction algorithm. This can be used for ischemic stroke. Imaging techniques with a CT Imaging techniques with a MRI Hybrid cardiac operations which were done in Kowsar hospital includes: -TAVI operation (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation)-EVAR (Endovascular Aneurysm Repair) -TEVAR (Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Repair) -Para valvular leak of mitral valve -Para valvular leak of aortic valve -De branching of arteries and arch stenting
