Extensive or total arterial revascularization

In spite of all evidences of superiority of arterial grafts over vein grafts traditional CABG that is use of left internal thoracic artery for LAD &SVG for other vessels has been widely accepted for surgical treatment of CAD over 50 years because of technical complexity time contracts for conduit harvesting increased operative complications I discuss here the use of contemporary techniques to simplify this & safety & benefit of extensive or total arterial revascularization.
