In the present paper, the effect of corrugating of Membrane, Catalyst layer (CL) and Gas Diffusion layer (GDL) on the reactant consumption and PEMFC (PEM fuel cell) performance was investigated. A full threedimensional model was developed for square tubularshaped PEMFC and the distribution of reactant concentration along anode and cathode channels, current density and temperature distribution are studied through computational Fluid dynamics (CFD). The obtained results were compared with square tubular with straight layers arrangement and base conventional PEM fuel cell model. Comparison was made for new arrangements oflayers, for the same active area and input mass flow in the anode and cathode. The results of reactant contours, polarization curve and power density shows that via corrugating of layers, more reactants are consumed along the tubular-shaped PEMFC. The results of thiswork can be adopted to improve the performance of various types of the PEM fuel cells through variation of the layers configuration
