چکیده مقاله:

This paper studies a new controlled magneto-electroelastic (MEE) based on smart micro- pump. The MEE material provides smart pumps with several advantages, among which fair inherent stability and no need for external sensors and actuators are of great importance.The micro-pump lateral motion is modeled by Euler– Bernoulli beam equations. The governing equation of micro-pump is derived using constitutive equations of MEE materials and Maxwell’s principle and then employing Hamilton’s variation principle. A fractionalorderPID control is developed to suppress the micropump vibration due to external forces and fluid flow. In order to evaluate the efficiency of the closed-loop micropump in comparison with an uncontrolled MEE micropump, some proper numerical simulations have beencarried on in MATLAB/SIMULINK. The simulation results demonstrate that the controlled micro-pump has appropriate performance in attenuating the tip’s displacement, even when it is faced with external step and harmonic disturbances and also in the presence ofuncertainties.
