چکیده مقاله:
Marine platforms are a set of members that by exploiting different fluids such as oil, gas and water from the reservoirs inside the earth, will allow human to access the material inside the earth. The tube of well are the most important parts of the oil or gas transmission to the surface of the platforms. Tube integrity management is referred to as an operational setup that begins with the inspection to obtain information and continues until the final result for the replacement or continuation of the structure. These sections are used to check the integrity of the tube in terms of inspection schedule, inspection of the considered structure, information gathering, computation and discussion of the information obtained and finally making decision to continue using the structure or decision to change it. Like other parts of the platforms, the tubes must also have sufficient stability against corrosion, pressure and temperature caused by transmitted oil and gas. If the tubes damaged (become unstable) then it will damage the main body of the well and cause other parts of the platform structure, including risers, to fail. The stability of the tubes is defined so that they should not be cracked, excessive corrosion or leaky. Stability of tubes and wells is one of the most important determinants of stability for marine platforms, because if they fail or become unstable, they can cause many environmental catastrophic problems due to fluid leakage outside the consideration space. As a result, the residual life of the tube must be estimated in such a way as to be able to withstand the stability required to withstand all the forces it enters. In this article, we intend to obtain the risk for minimizing the damage to the platform by estimating the remaining life of each tube for the required stability. A method is presented in this article that can be used for all tubes or even fluid transfer pipelines to the refinery and to achieve their remaining lifetime.
