Risk assessment of Fajr Jam refinary LPG pressure vessel by event tree analysis and PHAST consequence modelling

Pressure vessels in the oil and gas process industries are so important equipments because of their flammable internal materials. Different qualitative and quantitative method are invented for evaluating these equipments. In this paper event tree analysis and consequence modeling with PHAST were used.
