چکیده مقاله:

The purpose of this study was to investigate strategic management decisions in improving quality and productivity in industry by using technical knowledge transfer to human resources. This research was designed to evaluate the productivity of organizational forces in several private companies. Human resources are the most important capital of organizations. Therefore, efforts to increase human resource efficiency and prevent barriers to increasing productivity are considered as the main goals of each organization, and the growth of companies depends on their productivity growth rate. For assessing the effectiveness of forces, the performance of young people with experience and strength was evaluated. The results showed that managers should be able to investigate well the quality of their decisions and identify some errors, as well as identify some illusions and then use this insight to defect thinking in a precise way to achieve alternative strategic decisions. Younger and more energetic groups can also motivate by relying on individual knowledge and value in their specialties. They can be more successful. But the results showed a set consisting of both experienced and young teams, technical knowledge is well transferred to individuals and will get better results in improving productivity and improving quality.
