چکیده

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of human resource management on intellectual capital emphasizing the role of knowledge sharing in Mellat Bank.The statistical society of this research is composed of all managers, staff of relevant experts in the Mellat Bank. According to the Karjets and Morgan tables, the sample size was 226 people. Sampling was done by simple random method. This research was a descriptive-correlational study and data collection was done using a questionnaire. To measure human resource management, a questionnaire designed by Chen et al (2005) was used. For measuring intellectual capital, a questionnaire was used according to the Beck questionnaire (2007) and the Likert spectrum scale. The validity of the research tool was confirmed by a set of experts and specialist. The reliability of the strategic human resources questionnaire was confirmed by using Cronbach s alpha of 0.812 knowledge subscale and 835% of intellectual capital. Data were analyzed using structural equation model. The results indicate that the dimensions of HRM (training and development of service compensation and employee performance appraisal) have a significant effect on intellectual capital. However, the use of employee knowledge is inappropriate also; the results of the moderator test indicate that the knowledge sharing variable with the impact factor of 0.209 significantly increases the impact of strategic human resources on the knowledge sharing.
