چکیده مقاله:

Recent advances in the use of magnetite nanoparticles for biomedical applications have led tospecial attention to magnetite nanoparticles. The unique properties of iron oxide nanoparticlessuch as superparamagnetism, low toxicity and the ability to bond with biological moleculesare suitable for drug delivery, diagnostic methods and therapeutic approaches. This article examinesvarious coatings of magnetite (iron oxide) nanoparticles for toxicity assessment andcompares them in terms of structure and characteristics. Of course, cytotoxicity of these magneticnanoparticles was investigated with HepG2 cell line was probed using MTT assay.Treated cells, did not showed evident cell cycle arrest. The results from the Fourier TransformInfrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, Powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), Transmission Electron Microscopy(TEM) showed that the well coating of magnetite nanoparticles by organic, inorganicand polymer coatings.
