These cause to reductionof damaging of people, natural resources and frame-works. For example, due to the occurrenceof toxic leaks, fires or explosions, the assets and capitals of a community, includingpeople, agricultural products, natural resources and the environment, are subject to harm,threat, and destruction. Intelligent technology plays an effective role in dealing with chemicalaccidents and crises before, during and after the incident.
