چکیده مقاله:

The ever-increasing biological information and the complexity of their studies are demanding to use of Bioinformatics tools. Accordingly, in this background, the study of gene expression issue has been discussed due to its propagation and computational complication. Since in highly regulated primary RNA transcription phase, in which the process of exon differentiation takes place, different isoforms of that gene can be transcribed [1]. The main goal of the present study was to detect differential exon usage and it’s impacts on individuals and tissues simultaneously, then an ultimate comparison has been performed on remarkable differences. The community statistical data sources are the RNA-Seq data, three tissues of kidney, liver, and heart in sheep downloaded from the NCBI database with the following accession numbers: GSM2463999, GSM2464001, GSM2464005, GSM2464060, GSM2464061, GSM2464062, GSM2464075, GSM2464077, GSM2464079. we were used several software such as:1. SRAtoolkit to download data2. FastQC to control quality3. STAR to index reference, alignment genome4. samtools, in order to sam data5. HTSeq to create the gff, readcount files6. DEXSeq package for find difference in gene expressionThe results of this study showed that the gene expression differentiation among the tissues is much higher than differences among individuals.
