چکیده مقاله:

Medical Reconstruction is a scientific advancement in the field of medical sciences, a combination of various medical subcategories, cellular and molecular biology, materials engineering and also tissue engineering. Regenerative medicine is used for reconstruction, repair and replacement of tissues. The bone is a special connective tissue that contains extracted cellular components which increase bone strength and also give the body a mechanical support and help macules to maintain its roles. In recent years, various types of stem cells have been used to develop dental and skeletal problems like bone recessions. Mostly because of trauma or infectious diseases or congenital conditions, bone mass become inadequate for surgeries so bone regeneration is necessary previous than some bone operations. Under these circumstances, stem cell placement technology is applied to convalescent surgeries which related to bones deficiency, and also its uses as autologous with no immunity reaction. In recent tissue retrieval studies, Mesenchymal stem cells are widely used. Researchers are now finding more accessible MSC-rich sites like teeth and oral tissues, because tooth removal is less aggressive and harmless than bone marrow extraction, this resource is preferred than other main sources. On the other hand, teeth and oral tissues Mesenchymal stem cells are significantly considerable because it provides relatively proper stem cells with similar characteristics to the stem cells of the bone marrow
