چکیده مقاله:
IntroductionSports activities and the use of antioxidants can prevent or control heart desies. The aim of this study was to determine the interaction effect of forced swimming and crocin supplementation on the expression of BAX and BCL2 cardiomyocyte genes in male rats poisoned with hydrogen peroxide. Objectives 36 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups of sham, H2O2, H2O2 and crocin, H2O2 and forced swimming, H2O2 and forced swimming and control. Methods The forced swimming protocol was 60 minutes 5 days a week for 6 the weeks. Induction of H2O2 at 1 mg / kg body weight for 3 weeks and Crocin 12.5 daily with 5 cc of distilled. Rats were sacrificed by CO2 gas. Time PCR device was used to express Bcl2 and Bax genes and tunle for apoptosis. Statistical analysis was using Kolmogorov-Smirnov, one-way ANOVA and the Scheffe post hoc Results H2O2 induction was associated with a significant increase in the apoptotic of BAX and reduction in the BCL-2, also induction of crocin as an exogenous antioxidant resulted in Significant decreased on BAX. The interaction between forced swimming and crocin and H2O2 has decreased on BAX and increased on BCL-2, which indicates the protective effect of regular activity in reducing cardiomyocyte apoptosis. ConclusionForced swimming as well as crocin consumption separately led to a significant reduction in BAX and significant increase in BCL-2 in rats myocardial tissue. The combination of exercise and Crocin have synergistic effects in inhibiting of BAX and also increasing of BCL-2in rats that are poisoned with H2O2.
